Working Principle

The screw auger rotates inside the dewatering chamber, continuously moving sludge toward the discharge end. As the sludge moves forward, the available space gradually decreases, creating increasing pressure.

This compression separates liquid from the sludge through the filtration system while the concentrated solids continue toward the discharge outlet. The process provides continuous sludge thickening and dewatering with efficient material handling.
